There's a landscaping project being planned near me and the funding bid contains advice from Russel Mathews (really spelt like that) of Land and Landscape Management. In arboricultural and wildlife surveys, there is normally an introduction giving the background of the surveyor, but there's nothing like that for this designer. Should I be suspicious and where does one look for information about landscape designers anyway?
