The range of links is extensive, organised into categories such as Plants Index, Garden Centres/Nurseries, Gardener's Homepages, Gardens to Visit, Societies, and Supplies and Services, while other features include a useful page of 'hints and tips' and an up-to-date listing of shows and events. GEsource Geography and Environment Gateway

Led by the GEsource team at the University of Manchester, GEsource is a free online catalogue of over 8,000 high quality Internet resources in geography and environmental science (including many resources relevant to landscape architecture, transport, sustainability, and the built environment in general). Resources are selected, catalogued and indexed by researchers and other specialists in their respective fields. The site itself is well-designed and easy to use - visitors can browse by category or search the whole database, while the level of information given about each featured resource is impressive. Elsewhere, the site also boasts a series of 'Feature' sections, including one that draws together resources about a range of natural hazards, and another providing themed timelines that "look at significant dates and events that have shaped the geographical world, from the formation of the Earth to the present day".
