New online store promotes quality 3D modelling

AECVizPRO have launched a new online store with products specifically aimed at the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC), graphics and 3D modelling communities.
Based in Smyrna, Tennessee, AECVizPRO are using their experience as consultants to the AEC community to target users of CAD and graphics software used in the production of architectural and engineering renderings and presentations.
Badged as the AECVizPRO eStore, the products available on the site will range from non-textured 3D models of trees, cars, people, and objects usually seen in everyday life, CAD cell and block libraries and add-ons for CAD programs.
D. Alan Hooper, CAD Specialist at AECVizPRO, told Sapling.info:
"These 3D models will be high quality, designed to be suitable for use in a CAD program for rendering a scene or animation. However, they won't include any textures, which will allow users to apply their own textures applicable to the scene being rendered.
"The CAD cell and block libraries will include items such as people, vegetation (both plan and elevation), vehicles and various other items suitable for use in an architectural or engineering environment. There will also be a limited number of textures for use in rendering and graphics applications, such as, skies, trees, ground and rock.
"We are making these available to the AEC community because of the difficulty they have had over the years in finding and purchasing quality products such as these for use in their own projects. The products are priced below market value in relation to comparable products available online, and we intend to continually add additional items to the online store as time goes by. It is our hope that the availability of such high quality, affordable products will help others to produce 3D models, renderings and drawings at a higher level of quality and economy."
