Is anyone able to let me know who exactly owns the property at the moment and what (if any) plans are in p[lace at present.
I have a project in Newcastle however, the site has been threatened by a structural issue that was not uncovered until now.
I was actually searching vacant commercial sites when the old Paramount building came up.
Any info would be great.
