It is sad what became of the old Odeon Building, but the situation is, it is now closed and we have a completely new cinema complex at the Gate, to replace it... of course people hate it because it is compared to the old site...I`ve said this myself, I worked there so I know what I`m talking about...but the company went ahead and invested in building a brand new building... within the Gate...lets move with the times... and enjoy it..alright its not exactly Paramount Style,from the thirties but it is comfortable and the screens are a good size with excellent sight lines and excellent sound to match..
