The Odeon will always be synonymous with birthday treats and Bond films for me and obviously I have happy memories of it. But as it stands the Odeon is a 3rd rate cinema with poor facilities. It can't be preserved as is, so the question is now what can be done with the Odeon to make it worth keeping. You can't keep a building of this size going just because it used to be nice.
