I disagree to the 'load of rubbish' comment. Some people are so blind, it was only a few years ago where people were saying The Baltic Flour Mill was an eyesore too and now just look at it. With a bit of imagination and regeneration we have another jewel for Newcastle's crown. I am sure that behind the more modern refurbishments within this building lies some of the older and more fabulous original pieces.

This could be used as a music hall, a new art-house cinema, a gallery, anything at all, anything is possible to willing and creative minds.

Don't be so blind.
