Too many of the decent, let alone the good, buildings of Newcastle are vanishing and the Odeon mustn't be one - why I saw Bob Dylan on his 1st electric tour there (5 days after he did the "Judas" gig in Manchester, that's history!)
Look at the Hammersmith Odeon - it's beautiful inside, is a great venue with removable and flexible seating and our Odeon could be similarly saved and used.
