Based at the University of Bath, JTEP describes itself as "the prime source of extensive, high quality research devoted to the economics of transport and its interface with transport policy". The site features background about the journal and its submission guidelines, but its highlight is the comprehensive indexing and article service covering 1967 to 2000. Every article published in the journal between these dates can be downloaded as a PDF free of charge, making the site a really valuable resource.
